The diversity of the swan

Is the swan so different
from what then?
From himself before he became himself
ugly ducklings and timeless fairy tales
we are all different
equal verses squeak in the ear
mosaic of identical tesserae, useless and tasteless
there is much work to be done
cleansing of the worst ideology
‘equality’, the biggest lie ever shouted, in French then
in the whole universe no two atoms are alike
nor two swans
beauty runs on the threads of diversity
truth cries out for it
without fear, without dread
we are all different
in shape and smell
in colour and touch
a dog will never be a cat
a madman is different from a wise man
Those who shouted egalité have already been definitively unmasked by Orwell, farms, animals, equality in degrees of diversity
Awareness of the present
mind the contemporary about the world
from round wants it square
blessed diversity
without you there can never be truth
the world seems harnessed in a mad race for equality
in the room of power the world wants to make everything equal
badly they tried, in the Soviet Union
They failed
Weapons of perdition found and sharpened
the hatred of workers against bosses becomes hatred of women against men
of blacks against whites, history is rewritten, we are tired
the weapon is sharpened in guilt
the pulp of this ideology is that it wants you to feel guilty
racist, fascist, homophobic, misogynist
phobias are born every morning like mushrooms
contrails of aircraft and media
-and meanwhile the swan continues its preaching
the contemporary is obsessed with the chimera of equality
the post-contemporary is firmly clinging to the richness of diversity
